Went to buy an open box subwoofer after waiting over 30 minutes to get a sales person to help us. He called the manager to see if they could give us a better price and told me a cheap price was approved. Carry up to the the front cashier to be told a higher price by the manager with a bad attitude. Total waste of time. Better to shop on Amazon free shipping no hassle and better customer service if needed. I think the manager didn't care about customer service because it was like 5 minutes after closing very short impatient and rude. Can't believe how hard it is to find honest people these days. My experience was on 11/21/2017.

The customer service representative (Alex) and the supervisor (Mr. Mejia) were superb. They were courteous, knowledgeable and responsive. They fully answered all my questions and offered additional pertinent information. I am excited about the TV items I purchased based on the the thoroughness of the staff's presentations, material provided and the options provided.
I'm not really sure what best buy is best at anymore. They have electronics, video games, CDs, DVDs, and a ton of mobile devices/accessories. You can even get appliances here. I will say that I did purchase a cool portable charging device for a convention that I went to and it worked well. The store is clean and the staff is polite. There is always plenty of parking and they have an in store pick up option if you are buying online.

One of my favorite places to go and spend money. I have been shopping at the Duarte Best Buy for more than 10yrs. I recently moved to IE and I will pass up every Best Buy to go to Duarte. The customer service is impeccable. That is a direct reflection of how that store is managed
