I purchased a $4,000 sectional in March 2017. Within three weeks, the sofa started to collapse. The quality is hideous. I called the store several times. The manager avoids the call and won't call back. I decided to write a letter to the CEO, Kurt Darrow in Michigan. It's been two months. No reply. Nothing. This company doesn't care about their poor quality and certainly doesn't care about their customers. I'm a repeat customer. They used to be an outstanding company. Now they are worse then IQEA's quality and service. I wish I knew what to do next. Anyone have ideas, please post them.

Great customer service. We were greeted and offered help as soon as we walked in. And since we didnt want to be bothered while looking around, he let us look around. Was not intrusive. When we askef for help he was easy to find. The guy that helped us out, explained the difference between chairs. He offered us water. And overall great experience and got an awesome lazyboy chair!
Very comfortable chairs. Wasn't easy to afford but I went for it. The night of delivery the electrical recline switches stopped working. They wouldn't accept a return! Waited almost 2 weeks for repairman. He ordered a part which took 2 weeks to come. And now I have to call them again to set up another appt. Everyone there totally unapologetic. Spoke to manager of the store in Duarte who promised he'd call me back and didn't. Don't expect civil behavior from these folks!!!!!
Thought it was great that I found what I needed and knowing that the lady who helped me was very knowledgeable about product also very happy I got approved credit it was awesome
